1. What these terms cover
These Provider Terms ("Terms") govern business listings on the Anipaw provider directory and the offering of services to Anipaw users, whether you applied through the public application form, claimed an existing listing, or manage your business through the provider dashboard. They supplement — and where they conflict, take precedence over — the Anipaw Terms of Service as regards your activity as a provider. The consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to apply to any personal (non-business) use of Anipaw.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to act for the business you list, and legally permitted to provide the services you offer, holding any license or permit the law requires for them. All information you submit — in the application, on your listing, and in your dashboard — must be accurate and kept current. We may verify any of it and may decline, suspend, or remove a listing that we cannot verify.
3. Applications and claiming a listing
Submitting an application does not create a listing; we review applications and approve them at our discretion. Some businesses appear in the directory from public sources before their owner joins; claiming such a listing requires our verification that you represent the business. We may remove or edit unclaimed listings at any time.
4. Your listing and content
You grant Anipaw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt the content of your listing (names, descriptions, images, videos, prices) for operating and promoting the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. Content passes our moderation systems and policies; we may reject or remove content that violates them.
5. Reviews
Users may review your business. Reviews are the reviewer's opinion; we do not verify them, and we remove them only where they violate our content policies or applicable law. You may not offer incentives for reviews or submit reviews of your own business.
6. Relationship
You are an independent business. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership, or franchise between you and Anipaw. Anipaw is a venue that connects dog owners with providers; the service contract for any booking is between you and the customer, and you alone are responsible for performing it professionally, safely, and lawfully.
7. Bookings, quotes, and communication
Where booking features are available, quotes you send through the platform are offers you intend to honor. You must respond to booking requests within a reasonable time, honor confirmed bookings, and use the platform's cancellation flows rather than abandoning a booking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows are grounds for suspension.
8. Plans, fees and payments
Anipaw charges no commission on transactions between you and your customers — 0%, on every plan. Anipaw offers provider subscription plans: the Free plan includes a public business profile with your contact details; the Pro subscription unlocks professional features such as bookings through the platform, promotions, and ratings tools. The exact feature set of each plan is described in the dashboard and may evolve. Subscription pricing, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented at purchase; we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice through the dashboard or by email, and continued subscription after the effective date is acceptance. Where customer payments are processed through the platform, processing is provided by PayPal under its own agreements, which you must accept to receive payments; Anipaw is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds.
9. Taxes and invoicing
You are solely responsible for your tax obligations, including VAT, income reporting, and issuing customers any invoice or receipt required by law. Amounts shown on the platform do not constitute tax documents.
10. Customer data
Contact details and other personal data of customers reach you only to fulfill the specific inquiry or booking. You may not use them for unsolicited marketing, sell or share them, or retain them longer than needed, and you must protect them and comply with applicable privacy law, including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law where it applies.
11. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove a listing, restrict features, or terminate these Terms for violation of them, legal risk, safety concerns, or discontinuation of the service — with notice where practicable. You may remove your listing at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@anipaw.net. Confirmed bookings outstanding at removal must still be honored or lawfully cancelled.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anipaw is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from the directory, the dashboard, or bookings, and our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid Anipaw (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. You will indemnify Anipaw against third-party claims arising from your services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance through the dashboard or by email. Continued provider activity after the effective date is acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rules that apply notwithstanding.
